This is such a lovely vintage evening dress designed by Kiki Hart in the late 1960's or early 1970's. This full length dress has a dark brown sequin bodice and ivory satin long skirt, cuffs and collar. The dress has a brown velvet waist belt with a pretty center bow and 2 functional pockets.
